DAY CONFERENCE PACKAGE
Full Day Package - R340 per delegate (08h00 - 17h00)
Half Day Package - R310 per delegate (08h00 - 14h00 or 12h00 - 18h00)
The rate includes Venue Hire - 12% Service fee will be applicable on food and beverage. ( should you not choose a Day Conference Package, the applicable costs would apply )
- Arrival coffee, tea and juice
- Mid-morning coffee, tea, juice and pastries
- Luncheon in Tides Restaurant (maximum 80pax) or Rotunda Lobby (maximum 300 pax – Finger & Fork Buffet)
- Mid-afternoon coffee, tea, juice and pastries
- Standard equipment provided

OVERNIGHT CONFERENCE PACKAGE
R1750 per single, per night
R1550 per person sharing, per night
The above rates are inclusive of value added tax at 14% and exclusive of a Tourism Levy of 1% of the accommodation charge. Rates are 10% commissionable.
