Dear Hester and team,

Just a short note and huge thank you for hosting our reader gathering on Saturday. I can’t express how grateful I am to you and your wonderful hotel (and hospitable team!) for putting on such a fantastic show. Hester, I can’t thank you enough for all your support and kindness during the day... It was such a pleasure working with you..! Setting up these reader functions from JHB it is quite difficult to visualize a hotel if you don’t have the chance to view it weeks prior to the function…but I knew that my worries were left in the capable hands of the ‘The Bay’ and of course yourself! I haven’t as of yet had the opportunity to work with such wonderful people (In a hotel environment). We have been running with these events for the past eleven months and never have I experienced such impeccable customer service, with obliging staff who acted on every request with friendliness and comfort.. I was put at east throughout the day, which was extremely reassuring as I knew that everything was under control.…The Bay hotel impressed not only our readers but I will always associate it with good memories and fantastic service.

Hester many thanks again to you for making our May reader function such a superb and fun filled day… This has been one of our highest received events due to the wonderful location so I am thrilled the hotel has received the attention it deserves... hopefully we can work together again soon.
