Venue Hire is not included in the menu price per person & in the package price per person. Should you require the venue without a menu/package (i.e. for set-up purposes), the following venue hire would apply:

On the day of the event:
Should you require the venue prior to your selected menu/package time, R1 000.00 per hour would apply.
Should your event extend over the selected time (incl. breakdown),
R1 500.00 per hour would apply.
Kosher/Halaal (only in The Rotunda):
Venue Hire would be applicable if it is a Kosher/Halaal event (where no catering is required from The Bay Hotel).
