The Bay Hotel Banqueting kitchen will be available to your Kosher /Halaal catering company from 09h00 on the day. The Bay Hotel will provide 1 x chef and 1 x kitchen cleaner for the day.

The Bay Hotel will provide service staff at an additional cost. The Bay Hotel will also provide all beverages & beverage services.

***On the day of the event:
Should you require the venue prior to your selected menu/package time, R1 000.00 per hour would apply.
Should your event extend over the selected time (incl. breakdown),
R1 500.00 per hour would apply.
