Bar Service

The Bay Hotel is fully licensed and charges on consumption to either an account or cash bar (or a combination). Bars can be selected as Local South African Bar or Full Imported Bar. Beverage service will be done butler style by our waiters. Pre-drinks will be charged to your event's account (no cash option is available) and your choice of items must be pre-selected.

Wine

On offer is a wide selection of wines from carefully selected local wine farms.

The Bay Hotel does not permit any spirits/malts to be brought onto the property from any outside source.

Juice will be served at R33.00 per jug (one litre) and tea/coffee will be served at R12.00 per cup.
Should you provide your own wine/sparkling wine, a corkage fee of R30.00 per 750ml bottle will be charged.

Service Fee

Service fees of 10% will be added on the final food and wine bill.

Additional cost if it is a Kosher/Halaal event (where no catering is required from The Bay Hotel) (double the rate on Public Holidays).
